Raw Red Velvet Fudge

   I  Have to save this is te cutest recipe ever. i almost feel sorry to eat it No ! second thoughts ! 

                                                                                                     INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 oz Raw Cashew Pieces 
  • 1½ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 cup  Beet Puree
  • 4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Stevia Extract 
  • ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 cup Raw Cacao Butter  melted
  • 4 scoops Vanilla Brown Rice Protein Powder 
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Natural Cocoa Powder

InstrucTIONS:

  1. Line an 8 x 8" brownie pan with parchment paper both ways.
  2. In a sealable container, add the cashews, almond milk and beet puree.  
  3. Cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
  4. The next day, dump the entire cashew/milk/beet 
  5. Mixture into a high-speed blender 
  6. Add the vanilla extract, stevia extract and salt.  
  7. Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
  8. Pour in the melted cacao butter and blend again.
  9. Add the protein powder and cocoa powder and blend one last time.
  10. Scoop the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it out.  
  11. Tap the pan on the counter a few times to help get rid of air bubbles. 
  12.  Use an offset spatula if you want to spread out a perfectly flat top!  
  13. Cover the pan and refrigerate overnight.
  14.  
  15. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
